Where do you deliver and how much is it?

We deliver in and around Tauranga, New Zealand. Same day delivery on all orders received by 11am. (We need more time for Omokoroa I'm afraid! Soooo far.)

The rates differ a little from place to place to make sure I can fuel my metal pony, so here they are ...

$10 Central Tauranga Suburbs
$12 Mount Maunganui, Pyes Pa, Welcome Bay, Ohauiti, Greerton, The Lakes
$15 Papamoa and Tauranga Rural
$20 Omokoroa (orders must be received by 11am the day before)

Do you have a shop?

No we don't have a shop but you can arrange to pick up by appointment from our work space, which is located in Bellevue, Tauranga.

Can I select which flowers I get?

No. Unlike a traditional florist, each of our bouquets is a unique design using fresh, seasonal flowers that are locally sourced whenever possible. We use those flowers and foliage that are thriving at the moment a bouquet is created, so each bouquet is utterly unique.  Any special requests please pop a note on your order.

When will my bouquet be delivered and can I have it delivered at a certain time?

We can't guarantee a specific time but If you have a specific time request please let us know in advance so we can do our best to meet this.

What days do you operate?

We deliver our seasonal bouquets Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and over Christmas and New Year. We will also operate on certain holidays that fall on weekends, such as Mothers’ Day, but we will remind you of this in advance. If your order asks for delivery on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, we will deliver your bouquet the next business day.

Do you sell your flowers anywhere on the weekend?

Yes, we have bouquets and posies available from Alimento Eatery Thursday - Sunday located on 1st Ave, TGA

Posies are available from White Silk Bridal Monday - Saturday located in the Historic Village on 17th Ave, TGA

What if I want to send multiple bouquets to different addresses? 

Where you require multiple bouquets delivered to different addresses, please specify in the delivery instructions field at checkout.

What if nobody is home?

If nobody is home to receive the flowers, we’ll do our best to find a discreet and shady spot for them and will always leave them in water. If you have any special delivery instructions you can let us know at checkout; e.g. any scary dogs or loose chickens to battle through.

What if I enter the wrong address when ordering?

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address when ordering your flowers, including the unit or apartment number if applicable. If you give us the wrong address and we are unable to deliver the bouquet we may charge you a redelivery fee to send it out again the next business day.

What is your returns/refund policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order or have found a fault with your purchase, please contact us and we rectify the situation immediately.

To avoid a build up of bacteria remove any foliage that will sit below the waterline.

Keep your flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, fireplaces or heaters . . . and the fruit bowl.

Change the water and re-trim the stems every two days.
