Can I select which flowers I get?

No. Unlike a traditional florist, each of our daily bouquets is a unique design using fresh, seasonal flowers that are locally sourced whenever possible. We use those flowers and foliage that are thriving at the moment a bouquet is created, so each bouquet is utterly unique.

Where do you deliver to for free?

Bellevue, Bethlehem, Brookfield, GatePa, Greerton, Hairini, Judea, Kairua, Matua, Maungatapu, Ohauiti, Omanawa, Omokoroa, Oropi, Otumoetai, Papamoa, Papamoa Beach, Papamoa East, Parkvale, Poike, Pyes Pa, Tauranga Central, Tauranga South, Tauriko, Te Puna, Waikareao Estuary, Waitao, Welcome Bay.

If your suburb is not listed please contact us before placing an order.  Rural fees will apply.

When will my bouquet be delivered and can I have it delivered at a certain time?

Our bouquets will be delivered to business and residential addresses  on the day you ask for them to be delivered. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times as our drivers go via the most efficient route on the day, which helps keep the price of our flowers down. If you have a reasonable time request, please include it in the special delivery instructions on the order page and we will do our best to accommodate these.

Can I order a larger bunch of flowers or make a special request?

Yes, you can order a larger flower bouquet. Our signature Petite bouquet is $35 including free delivery, but we also offer a beautiful Plentiful bouquet – twice as many flowers – for $65 including free delivery. For any other request, please get in touch as we are happy to help if we can.

What days do you operate?

We deliver our flowers Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and over Christmas and New Year. We will also operate on certain holidays that fall on weekends, such as Mothers’ Day, but we will remind you of this in advance. If your order asks for delivery on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, we will deliver your bouquet the next business day.

Can I include a message?

Yes, the message you enter on the order page will be printed on a hand-picked gift card. Please ensure you sign off with your name so your recipient knows who their bunch of flowers is from. We will not automatically include your name on the note as some customers like to remain anonymous.

Do you have an order deadline?

We will stop taking flower orders for same-day delivery at 2pm NZ time, or earlier if we sell out. If you miss the cut off, you’ll be able to place your order to be delivered the next business day.

Can I order for a later date?

Yes. You can purchase a Petite or Plentiful Bouquet to be delivered in advance by specifying the date required when you place your order. 

What if I want to send multiple bouquets to different address? 

Where you require multiple bouquets delivered to different addresses, please specify in the delivery instructions field at checkout.

What if I have a large order request?

Please contact us in advance if you have a large order so we can guarantee fulfilment.

What if nobody is home?

If nobody is home to receive the flowers, we’ll do our best to find a discreet and shady spot for them and will always leave them in water. If you have any special delivery instructions you can let us know at checkout.

What if I enter the wrong address when ordering?

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address when ordering your flowers, including the unit or apartment number if applicable. If you give us the wrong address and we are unable to deliver the bouquet we may charge you a $15 redelivery fee to send it out again the next business day.

What is your returns/refund policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order or have found a fault with your purchase, please contact us via email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

It is important to put your flowers in water as soon as possible.

Choose an appropriate vase for the size of your bunch.

To avoid a build up of bacteria remove any foliage that will sit below the waterline.

Keep your flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, fireplaces or heaters . . . and the fruit bowl.

Change the water and re-trim the stems every two - three days.
